Quaker Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - with Splenda!

Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup baking splenda1 egg white1 tsp vanilla3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cup oats1/2 cup raisins
Directions
This makes 20 cookies. (20 servings)

-heat oven at 350 degrees
-mix margarine, splenda, and brown sugar until creamy
-mix in the egg and vanilla
-mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
-stir well until evenly blended
-mix in oats and raisins
-spoon mixture onto a greased cookie sheet
*form about 20 cookies
-bake 10-12 minutes

*for the margarine I used Fleishman's with Olive Oil
