Amazing Coconut Pie

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups whole grass-fed milk1/4 cup honey1/3 cup unflavored whey protien powder1/2 cup recuced fat whole wheat baking mix3 eggs2 Tbsp organic grass fed butter2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 cup grated raw coconut
Directions
Combine everything EXCEPT coconut in blender on low for 3 minutes. Pour
into pie plate, let sit for 5 min. Mix in 3/4 of the coconut and top with the rest. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
