Janet's Splenda Peach Crisp

Ingredients
3 cups Peaches, sliced1.5 tbsp cornstarch2 tsp lemon juice1/2 cup Splenda no calorie sweetner1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 tsp Gground Cinnamon1/4 cup Wheat Germ1/2 cup Butter, unsalted1 cup Quick Rolled oats1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Lightly toss peaches with cornstarch, white splenda and lemon juice. Pour into 8x8 baking dish sprayed with cooking oil.
Mix splenda brown sugar cinnamon, wheat germ and rolled oats in a medium bowl. Melt butter and add to dry mixture. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over peaches.
Bake 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.

    This is the best peach crip recipe I've ever had!! Only modification I used only 1 tbsp cornstarch, I didn't want too dry. I used 5 perfectly ripe peaches. Forget about 6 servings my husband and I split it in one sitting...so good!!! - 6/28/15
