1/2 cup Dry Quinoa1/4 cup Low fat or Fat free feta cheese, crumbled1/2 cup Red bell pepper, diced1/2 cup Fresh spinach, chopped1/4 cup Pesto sauce
Cook Quinoa as it says to on bag. Let cool and mix up all chopped ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy :)
