Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 c sugar1/4 c light butter, softened1 2/3 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 bananas)1/4 c. skim milk1/4 c. low fat vanilla yogurt2 egg whites2 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp.. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar & butter in a bowl and cream together. Add banana, milk, yogurt and egg whites; beat well and set aside. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; beating until well blended. Spoon batter into 4 small loaf pans; coated with cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.

Each loaf should have 4 servings; 16 servings in total.
