Creamy chickpea salad with fresh herbs

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas1/2 cup tofu, mashed well2 tablespoons veganaise 1/2 tablespoon Creole mustard1/4 teaspoon celery seed1 to 2 teaspoon Nori Komi Furkikake rice seasoning 1/4 cayenne pepper2 teaspoons lemon juice1 teaspoon soy sauce1 rib celery, minced1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/4 tsp dried)1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley1/4 teaspoon paprikagenerous grating of black pepper
Directions
mash chickpeas, add all other ingredients mix well
Refrigerate until chilled
serve over lettuce or on a roll
