Vegetarian Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 cups white rice(works better with long rice)1 cup frozen mixed veggies (or any amount u please)handful fresh brocolli &/or cauliflower floretshandful frozen green peas1 large onion chopped1 large potato choppedSalt as per taste1/2 tsp indian garam masala(spices) (this adds amazing falvour to the rice)fresh cilantro 1/2 tsp cumin seeds1tbsp cooking oil
Directions
cook the rice as set aside

- heat oil in pan/wok
- add cumin seeds and when it starts changing color (brownish) add onions and stir fry till they become golden brown
- add all the veggies and cook for 5-7 minutes
- add the garam masala powder
- add cooked rice and stir slowly for 2/3 mintues otherwise rice will break
- add salt as per taste
- garnish with cilantro
