Apple and Pineapple Healthy Salad

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Plain Yogurt (preferably Greek)1 Cup fresh sweet Apples, cut into chunks1/2 cup pineapple chunks (canned in juice)1/4 cup slivered almonds1 package Splenda (or to taste)
Directions
Makes 2 servings, easily adjusted for more.

Toast almonds by placing in a frying pan over medium heat for about five minutes, or until you smell a toasted aroma. If you don't want to toast them, don't. Reserve a teaspoon or so of the almonds for topping.

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Top with reserved almonds.
