Ingredients
*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 ozOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedEgg, fresh, 1 largeIans Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.5 cup*Heinz Organic Ketchup, 2 tbspLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp
Directions
preheat oven to 350

mix all ingrediants together, put in 6 muffin tins

bake approx 40 minutes or until meat reaches 170.

let stand approx 5 minutes before serving

    this is as close to my meatloaf recipe i could find to use for totals; i mix l/3ea crushed crackers;oatmeal;&italian bread crumbs; meatloaf seasoning packet; some tomato soup for mixture;& on top along with shot bbq sauce.No ketchup tomato soup instead & mixed smaller portions for 2people - 4/3/08
