Spelt flour, 2 cupsBaking Soda, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed Egg whites, 4 Sugar Free Maple Syrup, 1/3 cupAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 4 oz Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tsp Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped Pam (canola oil)Splenda for baking 1/2 cup
Preheat oven to 350. Combine spelt flour, baking soda, salt , splenda and baking powder in bowl. In a separate bowl, combine mashed banana, egg whites, sugar free maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract and walnuts. Finally, combine contents of both bowls thoroughly. Spray pam on small loaf pan. Pour contents of bowl into pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Makes 8 slices.
