Ingredients
10 oz Peas and carrots, frozen6 cups Deluxe Stir-Fry 1 tsp Red Curry Paste.5 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style4 tbsp Fresh Cilantro13.5 oz Thai Organic Lit Cocnut Milk6 cups Uncle Ben's Paraboiled White RiceSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook rice as per bag/box instructions.
- Mix currypaste, Peanut Butter and coconut milk together
- In nonstick wok stirfry cooked rice & frozen vegs
- Stir in curry sauce
- When hot stir in chopped cilantro

    Gradly, is this how you make it? Cook rice per pkg directions; mix currypaste, PB and coconut milk 2gether; in nonstick wok stirfry rice & frozen vegs; stir in curry sauce; when hot stir in chopped cilantro.
