Blueberry Coconut Date Slow Cooker Oatmeal

1 1/2 cup oats (preferably steel cut)3 1/2 cups of water1 cup blueberries2/3 cup cottage cheese2 scoops protein powder1/4 cup agave nectar1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp almond extract3 tablespoons dried shredded coconut4 dates, chopped1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon sugar1 tsp pumpkin spicepinch of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

    This was delishious! We were out of blueberries so I actually substituted frozen cherries which were also deilish! I added a little milk in the morning to hydrate it a little further since we slept more than 6 hours :-0 - 10/3/10
