Directions
Red onions sliced, avocado diced, Orange tomato diced, Champagne vinegar, small cucumber or half a large one cut in half the long way then sliced.
Juice your lime first into the bowl. Chop, slice and dice and add in ingredients. Pull the cilantro leaves from the stems. Add in the Champagne vinegar and oil at the end. Salt and pepper to taste.
