Crock pot curried chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Corn Starch, 2 tsp*Spinach, 2 cup Curry powder, 1 tbsp Basil, 5 leaves Salt, 1 tsp*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup
Directions
Place chix, broth, spices in crock pot. 1 hr on high, then 3 hrs. on low. 20 min before done add 1 cup of quinoa to 1 cup on boiling H20 and cook for 15-20 min. Place 3/4 c quinoa on plate with 3/4 c chix on top.
