1 1/2 cups cornmeal (self rising) 3 tsp sugar4 eggs beaten, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup cream style corn, 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 small green pepper chopped, 1 sm. onion,chopped, 1/2 cup oil, jalepenos to taste
Chop veggies, measure out ingredients, and mix together. Pour into a muffin pan or a 9 x 13 pan, and bake at 450 for 18 min (muffins) to 25 minutes (9 x 13 pan) until golden brown. Makes approximately 22 muffin servings.
