Egg White Omlet

Ingredients
4 egg whites1 egg yolk2 tbsp skim milk1 b;um tomato chppped1 clove galic minced1 handful shredded spinach1 tbsp minced purple onionolive oil based cooking spray
Directions
1. Beat egg whites with yolk and milk.
2. Quick saute' the veggies till soft
3. Pour eggs into frying pan coated with spray. Cook till firm. Add veggies on one half, fold over the other half let sit for 30 seconds then serve.
