Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups granulated sugar1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup cocoa2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt2 eggs1 cup buttermilk1 cup coffee1/2 cup canola oil1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine all dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and mix with dry.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9" cake pans. Bake @ 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from pans, let cool, ice with your favourite frosting.
Makes 18 servings. Calorie count does NOT include frosting.

LOL! This is the favourite cake in our house. My DD makes it WAY too often, but it's SO good!
