Creamy Chicken & Vegetable soup with Bacon

Ingredients
2 tsp Olove oil1 Garlic clove crushed1/2 cup white onion diced3 slices Turkey bacon diced10 oz Chicken breast cut into small chunks10 Baby carrots diced2 Stalks celery diced1 Red bell pepper diced1/2 cup Each Frozen peas & Corn1/2 Uncooked orzo pasta1 carton Chicken broth(900ml)1 can Fat free evaporated milk2 tbsp White FlourSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute Chicken, turkey bacon, garlic and onion until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is starting to brown. Add carrot and celery, saute 3 min. Add red pepper, saute 2 min more.

Meanwhile, whisk together the flour with the evaporated milk until no lumps remain. Add chicken broth to sauted mixture and bring to a boil. Add Orzo pasta and cook on low until pasta is just under done.

Add frozen peas and corn, turn up heat and add evaporated milk mixture. Bring to a boil and stir until soup thickens.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
