* Almonds, .33 cup, slivered (remove) * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove) * Sesame Oil, .5 tbsp (remove) * *Kong Yen Rice Wine Vinegar, 6 tbsp (remove) * Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Pepper, white, .15 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *Wheatberries, cooked, 1.5 cup (remove) * *Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice-1/2 cup cooked(1/4 dry), 7 serving (remove)
Cook the rice just shy of doneness so it will stay firm
Mix the wet ingredients, pepper, and salt separately into a vinaigrette, then add to the rice, almonds, and cranberries.
Mix and serve chilled.
