Fruitful Graham Cracker Pie Crust

8 large (whole) low fat graham crackers3 TBSP smuckers 100% fruit spread (any flavor)
1. Break crackers into pieces and place in blender/food processor. Process into fine crumbs. Measure the crumbs. There should be 1 1/4 cups.
2. Return crumbs to blender, add fruit spread and process until moist and crumbly.
3. Coat a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Use the back of a spoon to press crumbs evenly against the sides and bottom of pan, forming a uniform crust. Dip spoon in sugar or spray with non-stick cooking spray, to prevent sticking.
4. Bake he pie shell at 350 for 10 minutes, or until edges fell firm and dry. Cool crust and fill as desired.
