Ingredients
16 oz beef tenderloin steaks1 tsp olive oil1 garlic clove2 Tbs chopped onion1/4 C red table wine1 tsp thyme 2 Tbs low fat milk1 C beef broth low sodium
Directions
Brown meat in olive oil. Remove meat when browned and saute onion and garlic. Add wine, thyme, and milk. Reduce heat to medium high and place steaks back in pany and add beef broth. Cook 2 minutes more and serve over rice.
