Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.75 cupDel Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 0.5 cupKraft Parmesan Cheese, 3 tspMrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspChicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed
Stir the stock, tomatoes, cheese, seasoning and garlic powder in a shallow nonmetallic dish or a resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken and turn and coat. Cover the dish or seal the bad and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Lightly oil (EVOO) the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Remove the chicken from the stock mixture. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until it's cooked through, turning it over once halfway through cooking and brushing often with stock mixture.
Discard remaining stock mixture.
