Cucumber & Tomato Salad

1 Cucumber4 Vine Ripe Tomatoes1/4 c red wine vinegar1/3 c extra virgin olive oil3 tsp minced garlic or 3 cloves of garlic mincedsaltblack pepperonion powder
Dice tomato and cucumber. Put in bowl and add garlic. Mix ingredients. Add vinegar and olive oil and mix until all of the vegetables have been covered. Add salt, black pepper and onion powder to taste. Put in refrigerator and let sit for 45 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!!
