Vitamix Raw Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Clean, cut in half, 3 carrots, 2/3 celery stalks, 1/4 yellow squash, 4/5 green onions, 2 garlic, 1/2 bunch cilantro, tomatoes, 1 hunk cabbage, 1/2 a sweet pepper, red or green into Vitamix. Add water, 2 spoonfuls boullion, tsp. Blenditup or Taco seasoning, 2 pieces of pepperjack cheese. Blend it for 1/2 minutes. Vitamix sells www.blenditup.com --southwest spice mix for this soup. Use 1 rounded teaspoon of it. Or throw in a 1/2" chunk of hot pepper too.
Directions
Heat each bowl in the microwave. Enjoy!. It makes a Vitamix worth the investment!
