Markki's Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
12 Cups Water1 Cup Pearl Tapioca 2 TBSP Coconut Oil (Raw)1/2 Cup Powdered Coconut (Fresh in Blender w/water from above)1 Cup Coconut Milk2 Cups Non-Fat Milk1 1/2 Cups Organic Sugar1/8 Cup Tapioca Starch + 2 Tbsps
Directions
In a 6 Qrt Pot Place:
Water, Tapioca & Coconut in pot and bring to a boil, and boil for about 5 min on high. Then add the Milks and Sugar. Stiring constantly boil for about 10 min on med-med High careful not to scorch. After the pearls are transparent add the Tapioca Starch, then simmer for about 5 min stiring constantly.
*Note when stiring it works best if you use a wisk that is coated not to scratch.
