orzo and chicken salad

Ingredients
3/4 C orzo1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 in pieces1 medium cucumber, chopped1 small red onion, chopped1/4 C minced fresh parsley2 Tbsp lemon juice 1Tbsp olive oil1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 C crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
Directions
Cook pasta. In a large skillet, cook chicken. In a large bowl combine cucumber, onion, parsley and chicken. Drain pasta, stir into chicken mixture. In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve warm or cold. Just before serving sprinkle w/ cheese
