2/3 c butter2/3 c flour7 c milk4 large baking potatos cooked cooled and peeled1 lb bacon cooked crisp and crumbled8 oz shredded chedder cheese1 c sour creamsalt and pepper
in a large pot, melt butter, stir in flour and heat until smooth. Add milk stirring until thickened. Add potato and onion bring to boil stirring constantly for 10 min. Further mash potatos with hand masher if desired. Add remainging ingredients and serve. Will keep warm in crockpot for serving.
