Spanish Rice

Ingredients
8 oz ground 90% lean beef or turkey1/2 C. chopped onion1/2C. chopped green pepper1 1/3 C. rice (white or may use brown)1 tsp. mustard ( yellow or brown)16 oz can tomatoe sauce8 oz tomatoes with green chilies1/2 C. water or beef broth
Directions
Makes 4 1-cup servings
In large skillet, sprayed with pam, brown meat, add onion and green pepper, stir in rice until slightly golden, add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Stir to combine. cover
and simmer for 25-30 mins.
