1 Egg Tamagoyaki

Ingredients
1 egg1 tbsp water or dashi1 tsp sugar1tsp potato starch disolved in 1 tbsp water1 tsp mirin
Directions
Mix ingredients together in bowl. Oil small frying pan and add a portion of the egg. Cook until almost set and roll either towards or way from yourself. Add remainder of egg and lift the roll you made so the egg can flow under the roll. Cook until almost set and roll the whole thing up using the existing roll already created. Serves 1
