Ingredients
.5 cup chopped onion.5 cup chopped red bell pepper.75 cup fresh (or frozen) corn1 cup diced mushrooms3 cloves of garlic crushes1 Tbs oregano1 Tbs italian herb.5 Tbs cajun spice (more if you like)1Tbs white wine vinegar18 raw lg.scallops18 raw shrimp12 oz cod or other fish1 cup non fat milk 1 cup water if needed1Tbs olive oil
Directions
serves 6
sautee onion,garlic and peppers ,mushrooms ,corn and spices, set aside.Cut large scallops in halves and
sautee them with the shrimp for a few min. until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.set aside.
In a large pot heat up the mushroom soup add the milk
stir in the cod ,vegetables and vinegar cook for a few min.When fish is almost done add the shrimp and scallops
adjust spices to your liking and add water if needed.
