Use canola oil to grease the bottom and sides of panCombine tomato sauce, Basalmic vinegar and raw honey..add in fresh chopped basil and parsley..set aside.Slice- zucchini, summer squash, tomato, onion, eggplant into 1/4 in slices.layer in any order you prefer in pan,pour tomato sauce blend over topcover and bake in oven for 30-45 minutes at 300 degrees F
