spicy mashed potato balls with cheese

Ingredients
3lbs potatoes, boiled then mashed, or 6 cups mashed potatoes2 green chilis(hot), cut very smallsalt to tastedried fenugreek leaves 2tspoil for frying.mozzarella cheese brick or ball, cut into small cubes
Directions
in a large bowl, mix potatoes, chili,fenugreek, and salt. takes a small amount of mixture, and wrap around cheese, covering it entirely. fry til golden brown in VERY HOT oil. if the oil isn't hot enough, the mashed potatoes float away. flip over and fry other side til golden brown. depending on how small you cut the mozzarella, can make 12-30 cakes.
