Pillsbury Pie Crusts 15 small - medium peaches sliced1 pt blackberriesjuice of 1 lemon4 tsp of granulated sugar (or more to taste)2 tsp of cornstarch
Preheat oven to 450.
Place sliced peaches and blackberries in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, 3 tsp of sugar, and cornstarch and mix well.
Roll out pie crust and place on a cookie sheet. Pour peach mixture in center of crust and fold sides around fruit pile.
Brush crust with egg wash and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake on center rack for 20-30 minutes.
