Boil Slow Roaster Chicken in Water for 2 hoursRemove chicken and break into small pieces. Let cool completely.Boil cooled chicken, 2 lbs carrots, 1 medium onion, 5 stalks of celery and 7 chicken boullion cubes for one hour in same water used for chicken.
