Quinoa Granola

Ingredients
1 c raw quinoa1 cup regular oats1/4 chopped walnuts1/4 tsp salt1/4 sugar free pancake syrup1/4 craisins dried cranberries
Directions
Make quinoa according to package directions and drain-rinsing if necessary.
Combine all ingredients except the craisins and spread evenly on 2 cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 225* oven for 45 or until dried and crunchy. Stir up every 15 minutes or so through out baking. When baked, mix in craisins. Can be stored in airtight container or baggies. Serve in a bowl w/ soymilk or eat plain, serve over yogurt etc.
