Ingredients
3 Eggs1 3/4 Cups Milk1 Cup Flour, white bleached5 TBSP butter, meltedPinch of Salt (1/16th tsp)
Directions
Melt butter, pour everything into a blender and blend.
Heat nonstick flat pan
Pour thin film of batter on pan, cook until set, flip, cook for another 30-40 seconds.

Makes 8-12 crepes.
