Ingredients
2 lb Chicken Breast (Strips)1/3 pkg Taco Seasoning 1 whole each red, yellow, green bell peppers1 medium red onion1 medium ZucchiniAll other ingredients already listed (toppings)
Directions
brown chicken in lightly oiled fry pan with taco seasoning, remove from pan, cook all peppers, onion, and zucchini until soft. add chicken back to mixture. serve with toppings as desired. Makes ~10 servings.
