Basic Flan Recipe

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 largeCottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 300 gramsYellow Mustard, 1 tablespoonPepper, black, 0.5 tsp Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
Directions
Blend eggs, cheese, mustard and together.

Place chosen extras in flan baking dish and pour over egg/cheese mixture. Sprinkle chives and black pepper on top.

(pre-cook any fillings)

Bake at 180'C (350'F, Gas4) for 30mins until set and golden.
