1 cup of sweetened coconut1 stick of butter2 20 oz. cans of sugar free cherry pie filling (Comstock)1 20 oz. can of sugar free pineapple chunks (Dole)1 box of dry yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)
Spray pan
Pour cherry pie filling in pan
Blend pineapple into mush
Spread mush over pie filling
Sprinkle cake mix evenly over filling
Place butter pats evenly on top of cake mix
Sprinkle with coconut
Cook for 30-45 minutes at 350 until topping is golden brown
