Ingredients
2 cucumbers peeled and chopped2 pounds ripe tomatoes chopped2 sweet red bell peppers seeded and chaoppedcilantro to tasteOne lime, remove peel and chop1 teaspoon powdered cayenne pepper3 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings.

I don't add salt since I serve it with tortilla chips. You can substitute olive oil for flax oil. You may substitute chia seeds for flax seeds.

I roughly chop all ingredients and put them in my food processor. This can also be made using a blender.
