Bad Girl Being Good, Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/3 C uncooked quick oats1 C whole wheat flour1/2 C unbleached white flour1 t baking soda1/2 t salt1 t cinnamon1/2 - 3/4 C sugar1/3 unsweetened applesauce1 T vinegar (white or cider)1 t vanilla extract3 bananas mashed (about 1 Cup)1/4 - 1/2 C of almond milk (I used oat milk, use non-dairy of preference)1/2 C chocolate chips (plenty for this recipe)1/4 to 1/2 C chopped walnuts
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8" or 9" square baking pan or use a bundt pan (will not fill up bundt pan, but works) Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Combine wet with dry ingredients in the large bowl. Mixture should be thick, chunky and luxurious. Spread in pan or bundt pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
