Whole Wheat Buscuits

1 c. whole wheat flour (I use white whole wheat)2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 tbsp unsalted butter, cold2 tsp honey1/2 c. buttermilk or low fat milk, cold
Preheat the oven to 450*
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse corn meal.
Add in the honey and buttermilk and mix until combined.
Using a large spoon drop the biscuits onto a baking pan. Bake 8-10 minutes. Make 8 biscuits.
