Gradly Spinach Enchiladas

Ingredients
Casa Fiesta Enchilada Sauce Mild Mix, 10 oz Spinach, fresh, 2 cupsCheddar Cheese, 70 grams Light Sour Cream, 1/4 cupCorn, Raw, 2 cupsBlack Benas, 1 1/2CupsScallions, Raw, 1/4 cup12 Corn Tortillas (approx 6" dia)
Directions
- Dip the corn tortilla in the enchilada sauce.

- Then spoon sour cream, scallions, cheddar cheese, and place spinach on the toritlla.

- Then roll the tortillas and place in a baking dish.

Or layer 6 tortillas at the bottom of a baking dish and then placing spinach, corn, black benas, sour cream, and scallions on top then place 6 tortillas on top.

- Pour enchilada sauce on top

- Once all tortillas have been rolled, placed baking dish in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

2 Enchiladas = 1 Serving
