Greek Edamame Stew

Ingredients
3/4 cup edamame (shelled)1.5 cups chopped tomatoes1.5 t garlic.5 small onion5-7 chopped kalamata olivess/p to taste2 t. chopped basil
Directions
saute onion and garlic over medium heat until onion is soft. Add tomatoes and olives and stir. Let cook until tomatoes start to break apart (5-10 min). Stir in edamame and cook until tender (about 10 min). Season with salt, pepper and basil. Makes 2 servings.
