Tomatillos, 3 medium (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Serrano Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .5 cup (remove)Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, .25 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
deseed the peppers and cut the tomatillos in half place under broiler till they are charred make sure that your broiler is HOT before you place them under the broiler or your tomatillos will go mushy. Place everything in a blender except your cilantro blend till smooth mince cilantro and mix in. Place in fridge to keep. Good for about a week.
