Easy Spinanch Dip (no mayo)

Ingredients
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese softened/ room temp1 - 16 oz container light sour cream 1 - 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach - thaw and drain1 - packet dry lipton vegetable soup and dip mix
Directions
This dip is best prepared a day ahead.

Thaw spinach - open package and place spinach in small bowl, microwave on high in 30 min intervals until thawed, squeeze excess moisture from spinach and set aside.

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and soup mix in medium bowl, mix well - slowly stir in spinach. Once combined cover w/ plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Serve w/ sliced fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
