quick mashed potatoes with chives and garlic

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups instant mashed potatoes2 tbs margarine2 cups water + a bit more as needed2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Bring 1 1/3 cups water to boil with 1 tbs of margarine and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Remove from heat, add 1/2 cup water and instant potatoes
Mix with fork
If too stiff, add a bit more of boiling water until smooth
Mix in 1 tbs margarine, chives and garlic
Garnish with paprika
