Ingredients
1 lb Beef cubes1/2 cup celery chopped1/3 cup onion purple1 cup green peppers3/4 cup chopped carrots4 tsp tony chachere's brown gravy mix2 cups water
Directions
Brown beef cubes. Add veggies, gravy mix, and water. Bring to a boil, turn down heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until veggies are to desired softness. ENJOY!
