Courgette Crumble

Ingredients
Courgette 500 grams Onions, raw, 100 gramsDried Herbs 1 tspCanola Oil, 1 1tspVegemite, 5 gramsEgg, fresh, 2 largeCheddar Cheese, 50 gramsPlain Porridge Oats 50 gramCottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 200 gramsBlack pepper
Directions
Fry cubed courgettes with onions until translucent.

Blend cottage cheese with eggs and vegemite.

Place vegetables into a baking dish and pour over egg mixture.

Mix grated cheddar with oats, herbs and pepper and spinkle over the top.

Bake for 30 mins at 190'C until egg is set.
