Apple, Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup Oats1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Powder1/4 cup Margarine1/3 cup Brown Sugar, not packed1/4 cup Granulated Sugar1 cup Apples, grated1/3 cup Peanut Butter1/4 cup Egg Subsitute
Directions
Mix first four ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, beat margarine and both kinds of sugar until smooth. Add apples, peanut butter, egg and mix. Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth.

Make 18 tablespoon sized dollops on two cookie sheets sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
